Key Policies
* One free client consultation or meet and greet is provided. All other requests to meet such as visits to pick up keys and to reacquaint with pets will be a charge of $15 for a 30-minute visit.
* For first time clients, payment is due at consultation. All follow-on payments are due prior to or on client's day of departure. Pet sitting may not be conducted if payment is not received prior to client's departure. Accepted late payments will incur a late fee of $20.
* Pet-A-Care is not liable when client has provided others access to the home (family, neighbors, friends) during the dates Pet-A-Care is performing pet sitting services.
* Primary dog walking months are May through September. Dog walking during October through April is at the discretion of Pet-A-Care.
* Pet-A-Care is willing to water indoor/outdoor plants & gardens but an additional cost may be incurred by the client dependent upon the number of plants needing attention. Pet-A-Care will not be liable for dead plants or flowers.
* If clients wish to have Pet-A-Care support with trash cans & recycle bins, Pet-A-Care asks clients to place all trash & recycle bins on the curb prior to departure and Pet-A-Care will bring in empty containers.
* Pet-A-Care support of barnyard animals (horses, llamas goats, etc...) may require a minimum of one hour of service.
* A $10 fee will be added in additional to cost for all services performed on the eve of each calendar holiday and the holiday. Examples include but not limited to New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
