What is your area of coverage?
We provide service for Cheyenne city limits. However, for those wishing service who reside out side the city, please contact us as we will entertain requests with an additional fuel mileage fee.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes. Though this isn't a requirement, we have done so to show our intent to being a professional business.
Do you provide testimonials?

Who will make the service visits to my home?
Pet-A-Care is a family owned and operated business. Mag and Keith, as principle owners, will do the vast majority of all service visits. However, we also have independent contractors to assist us when we get overwhelmed or during peak times such as holidays.
What about client confidentiality?
We keep all client information safeguarded. We take all precautions to protect your home and personal information. We do not discuss clients or their business with anyone.
What is the first step?
First give us a call at (307) 426-4229 or fill out a customer form submission on the website. We will answer any questions you have and then arrange a time convenient to you where we will meet with you and your pets, FREE of charge. At this meet and greet we will discuss our two page questionnaire, pick up a key and address any further questions you may have.
